Hi, I am Delfina Barbato, lighting and product designer!
Raised in a family of architects and artists with an immersive education for Beauty and Arts, lighting has always been my passion.
The attention to detail that could better integrate with the architecture, modelling and enhancing the geometries have always been an integral part of my design process. The goal is for lighting and space to function harmoniously as a unified whole.
Having gained valuable experience in a prominent architecture and engineering studio in London, I now operate as a freelance designer, channelling my passion and curiosity into projects that I truly love."

What we offer
The advantages of being nomadic
In the wake of 2020, we've acknowledged the versatility of remote work across various job sectors. With the aid of video conferencing tools and sophisticated computer programs, we seamlessly uphold direct client communication regardless of geographic barriers.
At ControLuce, the post-pandemic landscape has underscored the value of embracing a nomadic approach. This adaptability presents both a necessity and a lucrative opportunity. We are now able to engage with clients not only in London but also across the UK, Europe, and worldwide.
While the majority of tasks and communication occur remotely, we remain committed to conducting on-site visits to ensure project success and maintain client satisfaction throughout the duration of the process.
